All repairs, Mobile phones and laptops have 14 day warranty. however, the duration and the condition will be specified on the receipt if it’s outside of these terms and conditions. Any parts used for repair will have 14 days warranty from the day of the completion. Any items/ repairs returned for any reasons and upon checking or testing we find that it has a physical damage ,water damage,excessive pressure has been applied or damaged the screen or any sign of repair has been done by others than Loyalty UK, then there will be no refund or exchange issued. Any return will take a minimum of one working day, if the item is found faulty , Loyalty UK will either repair the fault or replace the items with a similar item. The repair or the new item will have the original warranty time and terms.
